As of January 5, 2024, our office is closed due to the sudden passing of Dr. Benjamin and will no longer be providing any dental services. Please read this notice for more information.
An 18 year old male fell during a college basketball game and fractured large sections of his two
front teeth.
Dr. Benjamin has studied with the best direct resin bonding dentist in the world, Newton Fahl, and has
mastered the technique of placing beautiful, invisible and long lasting bonded resin restorations.
These restorations were placed 4 years ago and look as good as the day Dr. Benjamin repaired Michael's
teeth.
Dr. Newton Fahl sent Dr. Benjamin an email after seeing this case and said, "You are truly mastering
the technique!! The case is simply awesome! Think of the benefit of providing for your patient’s needs
in ONE appointment with results that are unmatched in terms of rapidity, conservativeness and
esthetics all together.
I am honored to have been able to share a few things with you but you have excelled, my friend!"
Direct resin posterior bonding ("fillings")
As an esthetic dentist, Dr. Benjamin believes that
all dentistry can and should be beautiful.
The tooth on the left shows how white fillings commonly
look. In contrast, the white filling in the right tooth
placed by Dr. Benjamin looks like it has never been
touched by a dentist.
Direct resin posterior bonding ("fillings")
Dr. Benjamin does NOT believe in removing
beautiful, natural, healthy tooth structure for crowns
unless it is absolutely necessary to do so.
These photos demonstrate that despite the fact that a
large section of tooth structure is missing, it is
still possible to do conservative, very strong fillings
rather than cutting down teeth for crowns.
While Dr.
Benjamin's fillings are beautiful and durable, they cost
1/3 to 1/4 less than a crown.
Direct resin posterior bonding ("fillings")
Dr. Benjamin places his work on the ACE forum and has
received widespread acclaim from dentists in the United
States and as far away as Australia for his direct
bonded posterior resin restoration, commonly called
fillings.
